WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU?
Email, for sure! I’m notorious for reading text messages with every intention to respond, but I’m on the go quite a bit and often forget. Emailing me ensures I keep all the relevant info about your wedding day in one place and organized. You can always email me at hello@megangrahamphoto.com
I’ll send an invoice with final payment details about a month before your wedding day, when we’ve ironed out your final timeline. Your final payment is due on or before your wedding day.

My calendar fills up quickly. It’s best to schedule them about 6-10 weeks out, but know that certain times of year (hi, hello, autumn) fill up much more quickly than other times. Weekends are generally reserved for weddings and personal time, so I prefer to schedule engagement sessions on Monday through Thursday evenings, about two hours before sunset.
Our package includes an engagement session, when should we contact you to schedule it?

What should we wear to our engagement session?
Expect to receive your photo gallery about 2-3 weeks after your session.You’ll receive a notification via email with a link and downloading instructions. I typically send a few sneak peeks the next day because I get so excited about them!
When will we receive our engagement photos?
Yes! I’ll be sad if you don’t. Check out this blog post for some tips for bringing your pooch along to your photo sesh.
Can we bring our dog to our engagement session?

Of course. Photography is a huge investment, and I want to help you capture every meaningful part of your love story with as little stress as possible. We’ll talk about what’s important to you and your partner, and how you want to prioritize wedding photography in your day-of timeline.
Will you help us with our wedding day timeline?
You can add additional hours of coverage for $400/hour at any time, up to the day of your wedding. Just let me know, and we’ll make it happen!
What if we decide we need more wedding day coverage in our timeline?
Nope! In fact, I don’t want you to! I’m there to tell the story of your day, which will be hindered if we’re trying to recreate something you saw on Pinterest. Let’s capture the magic of YOUR day instead of copying someone else’s.
However, please let me know if there are any sentimental items or special moments or events you’d like photographed that aren’t noted on your timeline
Should we give you a shot list?
Most couples just include their immediate families and grandparents. In my professional experience, an excessive list of formal family photos can be really exhausting on your wedding day. I recommend keeping your list to no more than 12 combinations to keep things from getting overwhelming. While I’m happy to photograph more, we’ll just need to allocate a bit more time in your wedding photography timeline to account for this.
What about for family formal photos?
Yup! Some photos will be edited in black and white but the majority will be in color, edited consistent to the style you see on my website, portfolio, printed materials, and instagram feed. These editing decisions are made based on artistic discretion and falls under the “Artistic Rights” paragraph of our agreement. If you have a photo in black and white and you’d like it in color as well, a re-edit fee may apply.
Will some photos be in black and white?
Rehearsal dinner coverage is subject to availability, but physical products items can be added at any time, up to 90 days after your wedding. A la carte additions are subject to current pricing at time of request.
We changed our mind and want an album, one for mom, an extra USB backup, and rehearsal dinner coverage! Can we add those things?
Our Agreement allows 12 weeks to deliver your wedding photos via online gallery, but I promise to get it to you as soon as possible!
When will we receive the online gallery with our wedding photos?
Back. That. Gallery. UP! Downloading your entire gallery is absolutely essential, as MGP does not permanently archive photos. My online gallery service allows you to save directly to your computer’s hard drive, Dropbox, or Google Photos.
What should we do when we receive our online gallery?

Our package comes with a wedding album. When do we start that process?
Once you receive your online gallery, you’ll get an email notification to select your favorite images to include in your album.
