Holy smokes, where do I even begin. I love photographing weddings, but when it’s for one of my very good friends? Dang. I still can’t get over how absolutely honored I am to have told the story of Michelle and Alex’s love. It’s not all that often when you get to sit at the head table, party the night away, and create magic with your besties. Michelle and Alex, thank you for being my friends :) 

We all spent the weekend together at the Mimsylnn Inn in Luray, Virginia before their wedding at Faithbooke Barn and Vineyards. Michelle and Alex ordered the absolute perfect Shenandoah Valley summer weather for their wedding day. Their day was filled with friends from all over the world, sunshine, lots of smiles, tears, some sweet tunes, and of course their motorcycle. You might remember their extremely hip engagement session? Yeah, they are so much cooler than I am. 

Michelle and Alex put so much time, love, and energy into each and every detail of their wedding day. From their DIY hand-painted signs, to their engraved rings, custom wedding dress, hand-written vows, and carefully selected music, they really created a day that was reflective of their relationship and life together.
